摘要
目的:评价螺旋CT三维重建对于下颌角肥大患者术式选择中的作用。方法:回顾我院18例不同方式下颌角整形患者,对比术前后螺旋CT三维重建、头颅正侧位片、面部测量等指标,评价螺旋CT三维重建对于下颌角肥大患者手术方式选择的作用。结果:根据下颌骨螺旋CT及三维重建结果,可明确下颌角肥大的类型,以此来选择下颌角外板截除或下颌角截除术术后效果针对性强,改善明显。结论:螺旋CT三维重建对于下颌角肥大患者术式选择有客观、方便的指导作用。
Objective To investigate the value of 3D reconstruction with spiral CT in the therapy of the prominent mandibular angle. Methods We took different operations in 18 patients suffering from the prominent mandibular angle. Before and aider operation, 3D reconstruction with spiral CT was taken to evaluate the 3D reconstruction with spiral CT in the therapy of the prominent mandibular angle. Result A total of 18 patients suffering from the prominent mandibular angle have been operated on with satisfactory results. Conclusion Spiral CT 3D Reconstruction is very helpful for the clinician in diagnosis and treatment planning of patients with the prominent mandibular angle.
