新农村建设中金融支持不可或缺。本文以湖南省益阳、衡阳、邵阳、娄底四市为实证,深入分析和研究了当前制约金融支持"三农"发展的瓶颈和症结,并有的放矢地提出了一系列破解路径和对策,以充分适应社会主义新农村建设和构建和谐社会之需要。

Financial aid is important for the development of new countryside. The article analyses the bottleneck of financial aid for the development of agriculture, countryside and peasants on the empirical investigation of Yiyang, Hengyang, Shaoyang and Loudi, all located in Hunan provinces. The article puts forward the countermeasures to adapt to the construction of socialism new countryside and harmonious society.
