摘要
将毛头鬼伞菌丝体接种到不同栽培培养基上,分析了菌丝体对培养基中综纤维素、木质素以及淀粉利用的动态变化。结果表明:毛头鬼伞菌丝体对培养基中的综纤维素、木质素以及淀粉都有较好的利用,在淀粉含量高的情况下,毛头鬼伞菌丝体对综纤维素、木质素的利用表现出一种延迟。另外,通过分析毛头鬼伞菌丝体对综纤维素、木质素利用的比值,得出其对木质素利用的比值高。因此,在毛头鬼伞的稻草栽培培养基中添加适量的木屑是可行的。
This experiment investigated the relationship between mycelial growth of Coprinus comatus and utilization of holocellulose, lignin and starch in culture materials. Mycelia of C. comatus were inoculated into different nutrient culture materials to analyze the dynamic variation in utilization of holocellulose, lignin and starch by mycelia of C. cornatus. We found that mycelia of C. cornatus had a good utilization of holocellulose, lignin and starch in the culture materials. And the mycelia of C. comatus showed a delayed utilization of holocellulose and lignin when there was high concentration of starch in the culture materials. We also found that mycelia of C. comatus had a higher utilization ratio to lignin than holocellulose. So adding paillasse into the straw culture materials when planting C. comatus was feasible.
