对高校与新农村建设人才供需双赢模式的思考

Review of Constructing a Win-Win Pattern between University and New Socialist Countryside in the Cooperation of Talents Supply and Demand

在新农村建设不断深入和大学生就业形势日益严峻的背景下,如何科学处理好大学生的就业问题,达到高校与新农村建设人才供需的双赢均衡模式,已经成为当前一个重要的社会问题。本文通过对高校和新农村建设的人才现状进行分析,提出实现高校与新农村建设双赢的对策思考。

With the constant development of China's economy,social competition is intensifying.At present,more university students are enrolled than ever before and they have to face bigger difficulties in the job market,causing a great concern for society.At the same time,a new socialist countryside is under construction,calling for a large number of talents.Thus,problem arises of how to establish a win-win pattern to facilitate the cooperation between the university as the talents supplier and the countryside as the demander.This paper analyzes the current situations and puts forward countermeasures to address this issue.
