浅谈基层电大的服务文化建设

Service Culture Construction in Grass-roots Radio and TV University

远程教育的行业属性以及师生的"准分离状态",促使远程教育必须完善教学支持服务体系,加强服务文化建设。本文对广州电大侨光分校的服务文化建设情况进行了简要梳理,并提出了完善服务文化建设的几点思路。

The uniqueness of the distance learning,especially the quasi-separateness between teachers and students,determines the necessity to improve the educational supportive service system and reinforce the construction of the service culture.This paper gives a brief introduction to the construction of service culture in the Qiaoguang Brand,Guangzhou Radio and TV University,and puts forward suggestions for its improvement.
