小直径平底铣刀铣削淬硬钢拐角动力特性研究

摘要 小直径铣刀铣削淬硬钢拐角是模具加工的主要难点之一,其困难在于刀具容易损坏。采用直径Φ2mm的TiAlN涂层硬质合金铣刀对HRC53淬硬模具钢拐角(拐角度数分别为60°、90°、120°)进行中速干式铣削实验,分析了小直径涂层铣刀铣削淬硬钢时切削速度、进给速度和径向切削深度对铣削力和振动的影响规律,找出最优参数。 It is a very difficult work using micro end milling on hardened steel comer because of the tool wear. This paper uses a diameter of 2 mm of TiAIN coated carbide tools on the comer of HRC53 hardened steel molds (comer number of degree respectively be 60° , 90° , 120° ) in the medium-speed dry-cutting experiments, analysis of micro end milling cutting hardened steel cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate and radial depth of cut on the impact of the cutting force and vibration, to identify optimal cutting parameters
