摘要
增强型气动打标机适用于大型钢铁产品的表面打标,其标记深度是普通打标机的3~4倍。建立冲针打标系统的动力学模型,将理论计算结果与试验数据对比,深入分析了冲针系统的参数和外部条件对打标深度的影响。指明了在增强型气动打标机的设计和调试过程中相关结构和动力参数的选择方法。
Powerful pneumatic marker is suitable for the thick steel plate of iron factory. Its marking depth was three or four times than standard pneumatic marker. Based on dynamical model derived from punch unit, comparing calculated results with experimental data has been carried out. Thoroughly analyzing parameters of punch marking unit and exterior condition related with marking depth. This paper introduced how to choice parameters of punch marking unit while designing and debugging.
