摘要
通过对数控系统的分析,论述了一种基于PC+I/O结构的全软件化CNC系统,在这种体系结构中,所有的数控功能都由软件来实现,根据面向对象的程序设计方法,引入软件芯片的设计思想,对整个数控系统的各种功能进行详细的划分,把每种数控功能都用软件芯片来封装,通过基于多线程设计的NC控制调度内核按照任务要求调用相应的功能软件芯片。
Through analyzing the numerical control system, this article discusses a kind of software CNC system that basing PC+I/O architecture. In this architecture, all the numerical control functions are carried out by software. In keeping with the way of facing object program designing ,there will introduce into a designing idea of software chip When carving up all the function of the numerical control system minutely, and making up each numerical control function in software chip, NC control kernel which basing multithreading design will carry out relevant functional software chip according to the task.
