摘要
在机械加工企业,为了提高数控设备利用率,保证零件加工质量,制定合理的数控加工工艺是非常重要的。本文针对提高加工效率的瓶颈问题,以一复杂零件为例,通过自行设计复合刀具,改进数控加工工艺,在提高加工效率的同时,节约了购置刀具的费用,降低了生产成本。
In order to improve the utilization of the NC equipments and the quality of parts, a proper numerical control processing program is very important. By means of designing self-making compound cutting tool, a new numerical control processing program is suggested. It is shown that the suggested method not only improves the processing efficiency, but also decreases the cost of the cutting tools. The paper demonstrates the detail of the suggested method by a practical example.
