软开关技术利用在零电压、零电流条件下控制开关器件的导通和关断,有效地降低了电路的开关损耗和开关噪声因而在电力电子装置中得到广泛应用。回顾了软开关技术由来和发展阶段,并介绍了软开关技术的原理、发展历程、最新研究现状和预测了发展趋势。
Soft switching technology, under zero voltage and zero current condition, controlled switching component＇s unclose and shutdown, reduced electric circuit＇s switching loss and the switching noise effectively, thus obtained the widespread application in the electric power electronic installation. This article reviewed origin and the development phase of the soft switching technology, and introduced the principle of soft switching technology, the development process, the newest situation of research, and forecast the trend of development.
