设计的模具能否严格完成实现冲压工艺所需的运动,直接影响到冲压件的品质,所以在模具设计中应对机械运动进行控制。为了达到产品形状尺寸的要求,在模具设计中不能局限于各种工艺的基本运动模式,而应当对机械运动的运用不断地发展和创新。

Whetherdoes the design mold complete strictly realizes the movement which the ramming craft needs, affects directly the pressing part quality, therefore should carry on the control in the mold design to the mechanical movement.
