关于突发性公共事件财政救济问题的几点思考

目前我国正进入突发性公共事件爆发的高危时期,但是国内理论界对突发性公共事件财政救济问题存在许多的误解,因此现阶段的首要前提就是澄清这些误解,在此基础之上提出了完善突发性公共事件财政救济机制的几个要点。

Nowadays, China has been experiencing a peak period of sudden public incidents. However, there are many misconceptions of financial relief for these incidents in the domestic academic circle. The primary task is to clarify these misconceptions at the first stage. Then the article puts forward a few points of completing the system of financial relief for sudden public incidents.
