摘要
底层设备分系统是柔性制造系统(FMS)系统中的一个重要组成部分,主要包括:堆垛机、运输小车、机器人、数控机床等。为了实现计算机(PC)对FMS底层设备的控制,针对松下PLC串行通信协议和VC++串行通信方法,在无锡职院FMS二期系统中,应用FP0PLC成功对数控机床、运输小车(AGV)等底层设备进行控制,给出了系统开发流程。
The control on bottom devices is one of the important sections in FMS such as controlling of stacking machine, AGV, robot and machine tools, etc. In order to realize the control by computer, the serial communication protocol for FP0 PLC and the serial communication method based on MFC VC++ are introduced. On the basis of these, the movements of machine tools and AGV can be controlled. Development procedures arc given as well.
