构建和谐社会必须协调好各方面的利益关系,把握好协调利益关系的基本原则:共赢互利原则、缩小利益差别原则、化解社会利益矛盾原则和促进共同富裕原则。在此基础上通过市场机制、政府以及社会组织等方式进行利益协调,从而促进和谐社会建设。
