X62W万能铣床电器技能培训实验装置的设计

摘要 阐述了X62W万能铣床电气控制线路的工作原理,并针对高职高专电气自动化等专业在教学方面的实践教学情况而设计了一套包含实际机床所有电气动作的实验装置,该装置在实践教学中已通过验证并取得了满意效果. This paper introduces the working principle of electrical control circuit of the X62W universal milling machine and, aiming at the practice teaching situation of the Automatic Control Department of senior high vocational schools, it designs experiment equipment which includes all electricity actions of the actual X62W universal milling machine. This equipment has already passed the verification in practice teaching and obtains satisfactory result.
