摘要 针对台州市等中小城市交通拥堵问题,采用Google Earth实时交通控制系统,由GPS定位、雷达测速和摄像监控等系统采集实时交通数据,实现实时交通控制和调度取得了较好的效果.该系统可分析城市道路实时运行状况,对每日内各时间段、路段交通状况监控和调度,并对短、长期交通道路状况进行预报,为城市道路建设、改造和规划提供科学依据. To solve the heavy traffic problems in such middle and small cities as Tai Zhou, the Google Earth practical time communications control system can be adopted to achieve better effect. The system works via such systems as GPS location, Radar speed measure, and DV monitor to collect the practical time communications data, and then realizes the communications monitor and regulation. This system can analyze the situation of the city roads in practical time operation, monitor and regulate different time periods and road intervals every day. It can also predict the transportation condition in the short and long term, and offer scientific suggestions to the city road construction, innovation, and planning.
