摘要
本实验将大鼠随机分为五组:空白对照组、磁作用对照组、AMI组、AMI药物治疗组。AMI磁场治疗组。采用放射免疫方法和原子分光光度法测定各组大鼠血浆cAMP、cGMP、,血清Mg^+含量。结果表明:AMI磁场治疗组血浆cAMP、cGMP一及cAMP/cGMP比值均明显低于AMI组,与药物治疗组近似,略高于空白对照组和磁作用对照组空白对照组和磁作用对照组最低、两组间无显著差异。
Sixty rats were randomly, equally divided into 5 groups: groupl(G1 ), normal control group;group 2 (G2), normal magnetic field control group; grouup 3 (G3), AMI group; group 4 (G4), AMI drug (propranolol)group and group 5 (G5)AMI magnetic field group. RIA and atomic spectrometer were used to assay the contents of plasma cAMP, cGMP and serum Mg++. The results showed that the contents of cANP,cGMP and cAMP/cGMP of G5 were significantly lower than those of G3 (< 0.05), similar to those of G4,slightly higher than those of G1 and G2. The contents of cANP and cGMP of cGMP of Gl and G2 were the lowest among 5 groups, but there was no significant difference between G1 and G2. The content of setum Mg++ in G5 was significanhy higher than that in G3, similar to that in G4, sightly lower than that in G1 and G2. The contents of Mg++ in G1 and G2. The contents of Mg++ in G1 and G2 were the lowerst but also there was no significant difference between them. This espemment demonstratd thatmagnetic field has the proective effect on experimental AMI myocardium in animal and provided the experimental he for the use of magnetic field to the treastment of AMI.
