摘要
从QTI规范入手，提出了基于QTI标准的练习与测试系统的设计方法。介绍了基于QTI的练习与测试系统总体设计方案。提出了其设计目标、主要功能和体系架构，并着重讨论了各个子系统的功能。
A method to design a system based on QTI was proposed. The system design was introduced. This paper presented its design goals, key features and architecture, and focused on the functions of the various subsystems.
