新型工业化进程中株洲产业发展战略研究

A Study on the Strategy of Zhuzhou's Industrial Development During the Rising Industrialization

产业结构是经济结构的基本框架,极大地影响着整个经济结构的变化和经济增长的速度。实现株洲地区经济又好又快地协调发展,就必须以新型工业化为动力,以循环经济为主导,坚持走"两型产业"支撑的株洲特色新型工业化道路。其实现途径是:进一步调整优化株洲的产业结构,确定产业结构调整与优化的战略目标与重点;正确处理基础产业和支柱产业的关系,合理调整三大产业结构;用高新技术改造传统产业,走资源节约型和环境友好型的新型工业化道路;着力抓好园区经济,推进株洲高新技术产业的跨越发展;重视信息技术的利用,依靠科技信息带动产业优化。

Industrial structure,the framework of economic structure,greatly affects the changes of the economic structure and the rate of economic growth.To help Zhuzhou achieve better and faster economic development,we should take modern industrialization as driving force,look on cyclical economy as a direction,stick to the road of industrialization with Zhuzhou's characterisitics supported by the 'two types of industries';we should further adjust and optimize Zhuzhou's industrial structure,see clearly the strategic objectives and priorities of the adjustment and the optimization;We should handle correctly the relations between basic industries and pillar industries,adjust rationally three industrial structures;We should use high technology to transform traditional industries,and take the resource-saving and environment-friendly road of industrialization;We should build better park economy to promote the Leapfrog development of Zhuzhou's high-tech industry and make good use of information technology to drive industry optimization.
