自拟解毒祛斑汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Jiedu Quban Tang on Facial Steroid-Dependent Dermatitis

目的:观察自拟解毒祛斑汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:156例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(104例)用解毒祛斑汤煎水内服,外用止痒方外洗;对照组(52例)用氯雷他啶胶囊内服,外涂肝素钠乳膏,日2次。两组均加服维生素E胶丸,忌食腥辣油炸食物,20d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组痊愈率80.8%,显效率11.5%,有效率6.7%,总有效率99.0%;对照组痊愈率11.5%,显效率17.3%,有效率34.6%,总有效率63.5%;两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎可明显提高临床疗效,减少复发率。

Objective：To observe the effect of self-made Jiedu Quban Tang（decoction for detoxicating in treatment of der matitis,JDQBT） for facial steroid-dependent dermatitis. Methods ：156 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group. The cases of treatment group（n=104） were administered JDQBT orally and Zhiyang Fang（decoction for washing to stop itching） on the affected area. The cases of control group（n=52） were administered Loratadine capsule orally and sodium heparin emulsion paste for external application twice a day. Vitamin E capsule was administered for both groups. The spicy and greasy food was forbidden in the 20 days a duration of treatment. Results： In the treatment group, the curative rate was 80.8%, remarkable effective rate 11.5%, effective rate 6.7%, and the total effective rate 99.0%. In the control group,the curative rate was 11.5% ,remarkable effective rate 17.3% ,effective rate 34.6% ,and the total effective rate 63.5%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Chinese herbal medicine enhances obviously the effect of facial steroid-dependent dermatitis and reduces the recurrence rate.
