摘要
目的:比较冻干鲜鱼腥草/干品中的酚类成分含量。方法:Alltima C18柱,流动相:A0.2%的冰乙酸溶液,B乙腈,梯度洗脱:0~20min,5%~20%B;20~40min,20%~20.5%B;40~50min,20.5%~35%B;流速:0.6mL/min;检测波长280nm。结果:冻干鲜鱼腥草酚类成分含量高于干品,是干品的4~6倍。结论:冻干保鲜鱼腥草可提高酚类成分的含量,说明冻干保鲜具有一定的科学依据。
Objective:To compare the content of phenols bioactive components in the fresh dry Houttuynia cordata with the dry one by HPLC. Methods:Phenols bioactive components were separated on Alhima Cls column. The mobile phase consisted of(A)0.2% acetic acid in water and (B)acetonitrile using a gradient elution program of 5-20% (B)in 0-20 min, 20~20.5%(B)in 20-40 min,20.5-35%(B)in 40-50 min. The flow rate was 0.6 mL/min;the UV detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Results:The content of phenols bioactive components in the fresh and dry Houttuynia cordata were higher than that of dry one by four to six times. Conclusion :The method of freezing and drying had obvious advantages in retaining the content of phenols components.
