止咳平喘膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床观察

Clinical Observasion on Infantile Bronchial Asthma Treated by Zhike Pingchuan Gao

目的:观察止咳平喘膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:230例患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组180例在常规治疗的基础上采用自拟止咳平喘膏,于哮喘发作期贴敷天突、定喘、肺俞、膈俞、膻中穴,3d为1个疗程;对照组50例给予常规药物治疗。结果:治疗组临床控制74例,显效52例,有效31例,总有效率87.22%;对照组临床控制12例,显效15例,有效7例,总有效率68.00%。两组患儿总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:止咳平喘膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿支气管哮喘,可促进症状缓解,控制病情,调节人体免疫功能,达到止咳平喘的作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Zhike Pingchuan Gao （plaster for stopping cough and asthma） on infantile bronchial asthma. Methods ：The 230 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 180 cases in the treatment group were administrated by Zhike Pingchuan Gao on Tiantu, Dingchuan, Feishu, Geshu, Danzhong with 3 day as one course and rutine medicamentous treatment. 50 cases in the control group was given ratine medicamentous treatment. Results：In the treatment group,the symptoms of 74 cases didn＇t get worse,thoses of 52 cases got remarkable effect,31 were effective,with a total effective rate of 87.22%. In the control group,the symptoms of 12 cas- es didn＇t get worse,thoses of 15 cases got remarkable effect,7 were effective,with a total effective rate of 68.00%. The dif- ference between two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Zhike Pingchuan Gao is effective on infantile bronchial asthma through its symptoms relief, immunity regulation, asthma reducing function.
