摘要
目的:研究益气活血复方对慢性心衰(CHF)大鼠血小板活化的影响。方法:以结扎冠状动脉主干下2～4mm致大鼠急性心肌梗死后,再进行饥饿及力竭式游泳造成大鼠慢性心衰模型。以彩色超声多普勒心动图测心功能。以ELISA法测定各组血栓素B2(TXB2)、降纤酶原抑制物(PAI-Ⅰ)。结果:益气活血复方组可改善CHF大鼠的心脏功能;降低CHF大鼠血清中TXB2、PAI-Ⅰ的含量。结论:益气活血复方有降低慢性心衰大鼠血小板活化作用,可降低心衰后血栓的发生。
Objective：To study compound formula Yiqihuoxue effect on PLT activation of chronic heart failure（CHF）rats. Methods：To ligate the part 2-4 mm inferior to main coronary artery to cause myocardial infarction in rats. CHF were further induced by starvation and exhaustedly-swim. Cardiac function was determined by color Doppler echoeardiography and TXB2 and PAl- I by ELISA. Results：Compound formula Yiqihuoxue improved the cardiac function and reduced TXB2, PAI- I in serum of CHF rats. Conclusion：Compound formula Yiqihuoxue can depress the PLT activation on CHF rats and may block thrombus formation after CHF.
