中药菜头肾中化学成分的初步分析

Preliminary Analysis on the Chemical Constituents of Strobilanthes sarcorrhizus C.Ling

目的:分析中药菜头肾中的化学成分,以期为今后进一步开发利用资源提供可靠依据。方法:通过系统化学预试法,采用3种不同极性的常用溶剂对菜头肾生药粉进行了分步萃取,并分别对萃取物进行有机成分的定性检测,对菜头肾中化学成分进行了初步分析。结果:菜头肾中含有酚类、生物碱、还原糖、三萜和甾醇等成分,不含蛋白质、氨基酸、鞣质、强心苷、黄酮类和蒽醌类化合物。结论:利用系统化学预试法,可初步确定菜头肾中的化学成分。

Objective ：To analyze the chemical constituents of the Strobilanthes sarcorrhizus C.Ling so as to provide evidence for the further development of it. Methods：The misxture from Strobilanthes sarcorrhizus C.Ling dry powder was extracted in three different solutions. The chemical constituents of Strobilanthes sarcorrhizus C.Ling were then preliminarily studied with systematical chemical pre-trial method. Results ：The results indicated that Strobilanthes sareorrhizus C.Ling contained phenols, alkaloid, reducing sugar, triterpene, sterol but not protein amino acid, tannin, cardiac glycoside, flavonoid, and anthraquinone. Conclusion：Systematical chemical pre-trial system method can be applied to decide chemical constituents of Strobilanthes sarcorrhizus C.Ling.
