富硒虫草胶囊的毒理学实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究富硒虫草胶囊的毒理作用,为临床用药安全提供依据。方法:通过急性毒性实验、遗传毒性实验、30d喂养实验的研究,观察富硒虫草胶囊的毒理作用。结果:富硒虫草胶囊未呈现致突变作用,无致小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核增生作用,无致小鼠精子畸形作用。结论:富硒虫草胶囊无毒副作用。 Objective:To study the toxicology of Fuxi Chongcao (FXCC)Capsule in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical safe use it. Methods:The toxicology of FXCC capsule was observed through acute toxicity test,inheritance toxicity test, 30 d feeding experiment. Results:FXCC capsule had neither mutagenic action nor micronucleolus proliferation of marrow polychromatic erythrocytes or teratospermia in mice. Conclusion:Poisonous effect has not been found in FXCC Capsule.
