益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗死后遗症133例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 133 Cases of Sequela of Cerebral Infarction treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang

目的:观察益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效。方法:133例脑梗死后遗症患者均应用益气活血通络汤并结合推拿按摩治疗,治疗90d后观察临床疗效。结果:133例患者中基本痊愈76例,显著进步43例,进步13例,无变化1例,总有效率为99.25%。结论:益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗死后遗症疗效显著,未发现明显毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang （decoction for benefiting qi, activating blood circulation in collaterals）. Methods：All of 133 cases were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang and Chinese massage. The clinical therapeutic effect was observed in 90 days after treatment. Results： Of 133 patients,76 cases were cured,43 cases remarkably improved, 13 cases improved and 1 case failed. The total effective rate was 99.25%. Conclusion：Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang presents significant therapeutic effect on sequela of cerebral infarction without remarkable toxic side effect discovered. It is worth to be promoted in clinic practice.
