摘要 细胞凋亡是一种生理性细胞死亡机制,它是由基因控制的细胞自主的有序的死亡过程。细胞自噬是一种自我消化过程,通过包裹细胞内成分,再与溶酶体溶合,进而降解细胞成分。细胞自噬与凋亡之间存在复杂联系,在一定条件下自噬是细胞对应激适应性反应从而避免发生死亡,而在其他环境中,自噬是细胞死亡的替代途径。Bcl-2家族成员在细胞凋亡与自噬过程中发挥着交叉性作用。本综述主要总结Bcl-2家族成员在细胞自噬中研究进展。 Apoptosis, a mechanism of cell physiological death, is a kind of autonomic and order death process sequence-controlled by gene. Cell Autophagy is a kind process of self-degrade, by enwraping cytosol and organelles, fusing with the lysosome, finally degrading lumen. There is complex relation between apoptosis and autophagy. Autophagy can protect cells against death during stress, but it can also mediate cellular demise, depending on the specific circumstances. Bcl-2 family plays an intercross role apoptosis and autophagy. This review focuses on the current research progress of the role of Bcl-2 family in cell aatophagy.
