经皮球囊导管二尖瓣扩张术治疗风心病二尖瓣狭窄102例

Study on 102 cases with mitral stenosis or rheumatic heart disease treated by bicuspid valve plasty through rubber ball catheter

对102例风湿性心脏辩膜病二尖瓣狭窄患者进行了经皮球囊导管二尖辩成形术。结果成功101例，二尖辩口面积由0．79±0．34cm2增至1．88±0．32cm2，跨瓣压差由259±077kPa降至0．83±0．42kPa，左房平均压由3．84±1．15kPa降至1．86±0．59kPa。1例发生脑梗塞，其他患者未出现严重合并症。本文对该术疗效、技术操作及严重合并症的预防进行了探讨。

It reports that 102 cases with mitral stenosis of rheumatic heart disease are treated by bicuspid valve plasty through rubber ball catheter. As a result, 101 cases are successfully done ;the area of mitril valve mouth is enlarged from 0. 79±0. 34cm2 to 1.88±0. 32cm2 ;the difference of pressure via valve is decreased from 2. 59±0. 77 kPa to 0. 83 ±0. 42 kPa ;the average pressure of left auricle is reduced from 3.84±1.15 kPa to 1.86±0. 59 kPa. Only 1 patient is complicated with cerebral embolism,but no complic-ations are developed in other patients. The ariticle probes into its curative effects,its operation of the tech-nique and the prevention of serious complication from happening as well.
