Thin Film-Fluorescent X-Ray Spectrometric Determination of Zinc, Phosphorus and Sulfur in Lubricant Additives

本文研究了用X射线荧光光谱法同时测定润滑油添加剂中的Zn、P和S。油样采用0.1％双硫腙-氯仿溶液溶解,滤纸片法制样,以校正工作曲线法测定。检出限Zn、P为0.001％,S为0.003％。

A fluorescent X-ray spectrometric method has been developed for zinc, phosphorus and sulphur in lubricant addititves. The sample is dissolved in chloroform solution containing 1％ dithizone. A picec of filter paper is immersed into the sample solution and the elements sorbed on the paper is determined by calibration curve method. The detection limit for both zinc and phosphorus is 0.001％, and 0.003％, for sulphur.
