摘要
采用酸浸方法,对含铝废塑料中的铝塑分离进行了研究。考察了盐酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间、搅拌速度对铝浸出率的影响,试验结果表明:在无搅拌,盐酸浓度2.5mol/,L浸出温度40℃,浸出时间4h,液固比15:1的条件下,铝塑片中铝和塑料分离完全。对铝浸出过程动力学进行了分析,结果表明,盐酸浸出铝塑片中铝的反应动力学模型为化学反应控制模型。
Studies on the separation between aluminum and plastic in scraps of plastic containing aluminum were carried out by acid leaching method. The influences of hydrochloric acid concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time agitation speed on the ratio of aluminum leaching was investigated. Experimental results show that under the conditions of non-agitation, hydrochloric acid concentration of 2.5 mol/L leaching temperature of 40 ℃ leaching time of 4 hours and liquid--solid ratio 15:1, aluminum and plastic were completely separated from poly aluminum film. Analysis of leaching kinetics of aluminum was also conducted and the results showed that aluminum reaction kinetics model was chemical reaction control model in poly-aluminum film by hydrochloric acid leaching.
