摘要
广东科学中心占地面积为45.39万平方米,其巨型框架结构和网壳结构均为空间高次超静定结构,空间受力不明确,结构分析与建立计算模型有难度。采用正装动态分析法,利用有限元软件ANSYS的单元生死技术,结合施工工艺模拟施工过程7个工况对广东科学中心G区球壳结构的拆模卸载过程进行仿真分析,并且使用高精密测量仪器现场监测球壳结构的应力和变形情况,通过有限元计算值和现场实测数据的比较,找出结构受力和变形的规律,达到控制结构的目的,为下一步施工工序提供有效地指导。
Guangdong science center covers an area of 453,900 square meters, and it is difficult in structure analyzing and model calculating. The finite element model of the spherical shell of Guangdong Science Center is established to calculate the stress and the deformation of the bars under the seven loading states, which are compared with the measured results on site to ensure that the main structure works safely and smoothly.
