摘要
本文对区域物流系统协调发展的内涵和机理进行研究,认为区域物流系统协调包括子系统内部的协调、子系统之间以及系统与外部环境的协调。深入探讨了物流系统内部各子系统间、子系统各指标间以及物流系统与外部系统协调发展的数学描述方法,并给出了物流系统协调度的算法,为定量评价区域物流系统的协调发展奠定基础。
The paper studies the meaning and mechanism of coordinated development, and proposes that regional Logistics System includes internal coordination of subsystems, coordination among subsystems and the coordination between the system and the external environment. The paper has an in-depth discussion on the mathematical methods of its internal subsystems, indices and coordinated development of logistics system and external system, and gives an algorithm of the coordination degree of logistics system, which lays a foundation for quantitative evaluation of the coordinated development of the regional logistics system.
