摘要
目的:研究葛根对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的作用。方法:将去卵巢大鼠随机分为5组:骨质疏松模型组、葛根高剂量组、葛根中剂量组、葛根低剂量组、雌激素组,并以体重、鼠龄相匹配的假手术大鼠作为对照组。手术一个月后开始给药,连续给药3个月后检测骨骨钙含量、骨密度、股骨病理变化。结果:与对照组大鼠比较,去卵巢大鼠葛根应用剂量越大,其各项指标越接近对照组,而雌二醇组的治疗效果相比差异无显著性。结论:葛根有明显抗去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的作用。
Objective: Puerarin on the ovary to the role of osteoporosis. Methods:The ovariectomized rats were divided into five groups : osteoporosis model group, Puerarin high - dose group, Puerarin in dose group, Puerarin low - dose group, estrogen group, and weight,the mice age match as a sham operation in the control group. One month after the operation began delivery, after three months detect the date of bone calcium, bone density, femur pathological changes. Results:Compared with the control rats, ovariectomized rats applicate more dose Puerarin, their physiological indicators are closer to the control group, and the difference from the treatment of estrogen group was not significant. Conclusion:Puerarin have significant improvement in the role of osteoporosis in Ovariectomized Rats.
