摘要
目的:探讨64排螺旋CT(MSCT)血管造影在蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)病因诊断中的应用价值。方法:对86位患有蛛网膜下腔出血的病人行64排MSCT颅内动脉成像扫描,应用3D重建技术显示颅内动脉,以明确病因。结果:28例正常,2例烟雾病,8例动静脉畸形,2例动脉畸形,45例动脉瘤,1例垂体瘤猝中。结论:64排螺旋CTA成像技术对蛛网膜下腔出血的病人,能够及时明确诊断,对于指导治疗是一种可靠方法。
Objective ： Evaluation of clinical application value with 64 - slice spiral computer tomography angiography （ MSCTA ） in etiological diagnosisof subarachnoid hemorrhage （SAH）. Methods ：86 patients with SAH were examined with MSCTA and 3D recon- struction of lntracranial artery ix] etiological diagnosis. Results：28 cases with normal patient, 2 cases with moyamoya disease, 8 cases with cerebra artefio- venous malfommtion （AVM）,2 cases with cerebra arterio malformation, 45 cases with Intracranial aneurysms, 1 cases with pituitary adenoma hemorrhage. Conclusion ：64 -slice CTA to subarachnoid hemorrhage of patient can be explicit, in time examine a patient, for instruction treatment is a kind of credibility method.
