大鼠原位肝脏隔离灌注大剂量5-Fu的病理形态学观察

摘要 应用大鼠原位肝脏隔离灌注技术行不同剂量5-Fu肝脏灌注,观察肝脏的病理形态学变化。结果:正常肝组织可耐受≤250mg/kg的5-Fu区域灌注,5-Fu剂量为150mg/kg时,肝脏超微结构为可逆性改变。此种变化与灌注液无5-Fu组、全肝血流阻断组无显著差异。结论:在允许的剂量范围内行肝脏隔离灌注5-Fu并不加重肝组织的缺血再灌注损伤。 Isolated liver perfusion (ILP)in rats in vivo using different doses of 5 Fu was performed to observe the pathological changes of the liver.The results showed that the normal hepatic tissue could tolerate regional perfusion with no over than 250mg/kg 5 Fu.The changes of hepatic ultrastructure were reversible in ILP with 150mg/kg 5 Fu which had no significant differences compared with those of ILP without 5 Fu and total hepatic vascular exclusion.From the above it can be seen that ILP within 5 Fu of the maximal tolerance does not deteriorate ischemia reperfusion injuries of hepatic tissue.
