摘要
为探讨v-sis表达在脑肿瘤中的作用,我们用Dig标记探针,用原位杂交结合图像分析的方法对28例脑膜瘤和30例胶质瘤中的v-sismRNA表达进行定位、定量分析。结果表明:v-sismRNA在脑膜瘤和胶质瘤中的阳性表达率分别为60.7%和70%。经t检验,两种脑瘤中v-sis表达明显高于正常脑组织中的表达(P<0.01)。说明PDGF/PDGFR自泌刺激环路在脑瘤的发生、发展中具有重要作用。
To investigate the function of v sis expression in brain tumors,we studied the mRNA expression of v sis in 28 meningiomas and 30 gliomas using in situ hybridyzation and image analysis methods with Dig labeled probe.The results showed that the positive expression rates of v sis mRNA in meningiomas and gliomas were 60.7% and 70% respectively.The v sis expressions in the two brain tumors were much higher than those in normal brain tissues(p<0.01).These suggested that the autocrine loop of PDGF/PDGFR played an important role in pathogenesis and development of brain tumors.
