手推法在肝脏MRI动态增强扫描中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨手推法对肝脏MRI动态增强效果的影响。方法采用肝脏磁共振扰相位梯度回波序列,对临床疑有肝脏疾患而在我院行手推法肝脏动态增强扫描150例,观察腹主动脉、下腔静脉、正常肝实质在动脉期、门脉期、延迟期的信号强度。结果手推法一次造影成功150例。结论磁共振手推法可达到与高压注射器推药法相同的增强扫描效果,手推法注射对肝脏进行增强扫描,对肝脏疾病的诊断均能获得满意的效果,手推法在肝脏MRI增强中能取得良好效果,而且简单、成本明显降低、准确、安全、可靠,更适于基层医院广泛应用。 Objective To evaluate the hepatic MRI dynamic contrast - enhanced effect with the hand bolus injection. Methods 150 cases were using hand bolus injection method, then the different enhacement of abdominal aorta, venacava, hepatic artery and portal veinand delayhepatic were observed in the period of abdominal hepatic. Method in The SPGR dynamic MR imaging of liver. Results 150 cases were succeeded by using hand bolus injection. Conclusion The same effect of MRI enhancement scanning can be obtained using hand or high pressuresyringe. MRI with blous injection usage of by hand injector can satisfy the diagnosis for hepatic diseases. Better enhanced effect can be obtained by using the hand bolus injection method. This method is an simple, cost, safe and reliable method, which can be used widely in the more fundamental hospitals.
