眼眶内壁骨折的多层螺旋CT诊断

Value of spiral CT MPR images in diagnosis of orbital fracture

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对眼眶内壁骨折的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析210例眼眶内壁骨折患者,对比分析常规头部CT扫描及眼眶CT-MPR重建对眼眶内壁骨折的显示能力。结果210例眶内壁骨折中,普通常规头部CT扫描187例,明确显示眼眶内壁骨折157例,可疑骨折22例,误诊8例。多层螺旋CT扫描及MPR重建88例,均能显示眼眶爆裂骨折及其合并症。结论多层螺旋CT扫描及MPR重建对眼眶内壁骨折的诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the value of multi-detector spiral CT MPR imagings in the diagnosis of orbital fracture. Methods Axial imaging and multi-direction MPR imagings were performed in 210 cases with orbital fractures. Results Total 210 cases of orbital fractures were found in axial imaging, of which 187 cases were shown directly and clearly, and 22 suspicious cases were detected together with 8 mistaken diagnos ＇s. 88 new cases were detected through multi-detector spiral CT MPR imaging. Conclusion Spiral CT MPR imaging is a valuable method in showing traumatic orbital fractures.
