摘要
目的应用红外热成像技术,监测心脏手术中的心肌保护、冠状动脉血流、心肌温度等,以期为心脏手术提供直观的术中指导。方法实验用比格犬20只常规开胸,建立体外循环,灌注冷停搏液,分时段行红外热成像数据采集。同期临床确诊冠心病,多支病变患者12例常规行冠状动脉旁路移植术并分时段行红外热成像数据采集。结果经红外热成像技术,所有研究对象顺利采集到心脏手术过程中相应心肌温度变化数据及术前术后心肌缺血区域相应热区分布变化。结论红外热成像技术作为一种新型医学诊断技术手段,可应用于心脏手术中监测并提供术中指导。
Objective To detect the myocardial preservation, blood flow of coronary artery anu the temperature of myocardium by using infrared thermo-imaging technique in animal cardiac operation and to supply direct guidance on cardiac operation. Methods Twenty dogs' chests were opened and extracorporeal circulation were set up in animal experiments and thermo-imaging data were detected at different times. Twelve patients with more than one branch artery disease were operated by coronary artery bypass graft and data were collected with medical thermo-diagnose system. Results The changes of myocardial temperature and thermo area distribution in ischemic myocardium before and after operation were detected by thermo-diagnose system. Conclusion Infrared thermo-imaging technique is a new useful inspecting method and can provide guidance in cardiac operations.
