摘要
目的通过对男性急性心肌梗死患者在三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运子A(ABCA1)基因多态性R219K的研究,寻找ABCA1多态性与急性心梗发生率的相关性。方法利用限制片长——多态性方法检测49例急性心肌梗死患者及72例对照组R219K单核苷酸多态性的相关性。结果急性心肌梗死组ABCA1基因219K等位基因显著低于对照组(P<0.001),且急性心肌梗死组219K等位基因携带者HDL水平显著高于非219K等位基因携带者(P<0.05),TG水平明显低于非K携带者(P<0.05)。结论ABCA1基因R219K多态性中,K等位基因可影响患者HDL:及TG水平,进而影响急性心梗发生率。
Objective To study the correlation of ATP binding cassette transporter A1 ( ABCA1 ) and the gene polymorphism of R219K in male patients with acute myocardiac infarction (AMI), and to find the association of ATP binding cassette transporter A1 gene R219K common variant with the risk of AMI. Methods The association of the gene polymorphism of R219K in 49 cases with AMI (test group) and 72 cases (control group) were detected by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results The 219K site genotype of ABCA1 gene in AMI patients was obviously lower than that in control group( P 〈 0. 001 ), and high density lipoprotein (HDL) in allel K carders was obviously higher than non-allel K carriers ( P 〈 0.05 ). Triglyeride (TG) was obviously less than in non-allel K carders (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion Polymorphism of R219K in ABCA1 is concerned with AMI and HDL cholesterol and TG metabolism.
