摘要 目的应用氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)技术定量诊断非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)。资料与方法对22例NAFLD患者与20名健康者行肝脏FSE T2WI和1H-MRS扫描。经后处理得到1H-MRS波谱值及肝脏脂质相对含量(IHCL)并进行统计学分析。结果NAFLD组IHCL较正常组明显升高(P<0.01),但IHCL与临床表现无明显的相关性。结论肝脏1H-MRS扫描可对IHCL进行准确定量,能帮助诊断NAFLD。 Objective To investigate the application of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H-MRS) in the diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Materials and Methods FSE T2WI and ill-MRS were performed in 22 NAFLD patients and 20 healthy volunteers as control group. The spectrum data and the intrahepatic content of lipid (IHCL) were acquired after postprocessing and analysis. Results The IHCL in NAFLD group was higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). However, there was no correlation between clinical findings and IHCL. Conclusion The intrahepatic content of lipid can be acquired by ^1H-MRS, which might be helpful to the diagnosis of NAFLD.
