胃旁路术与低热量饮食减重对2型糖尿病患者血糖及肠促胰岛激素水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 过去十年中,治疗肥胖的手术例数迅速增长。Roux-en-Y胃旁路术(GBP)可使80%患者的体重长期明显下降,且能有效缓解2型糖尿病。GBP术后2型糖尿病的迅速改善常出现于体重明显下降之前,其机制至今未明。手术后血中激素水平的改变提示GBP可能对内分泌系统有调节作用。既往研究发现,饮食或葡萄糖刺激后的肠促胰岛激素水平在2型糖尿病中降低,在GBP术后升高。随着胰升糖素样肽1(GLP-1)和抑胃多肽(GIP,也称葡萄糖依赖促胰岛素分泌多肽-译者注)水平的升高,手术1个月后2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素分泌可恢复至正常水平。
