前列腺癌雄激素剥夺治疗与动脉粥样硬化的代谢风险 被引量:4

摘要 前列腺癌(PCa)是男性最常见的一种肿瘤,其发病率因前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)检测的开展而增高。2007年美国新增PCa约219000例,死亡约27000例(仅次于肺癌)。1941年Huggins等报道去势可以减缓PCa的生长,提示其有雄激素依赖性。60年后,雄激素剥夺疗法(ADT)已十分普遍,仅美国就有约600000例患者接受该法治疗。ADT包括手术(睾丸切除)和药物治疗(GnRH激动剂或拮抗剂),大多数患者选择后者。有些患者选择联合雄激素阻断疗法,即合并应用雄激素受体拮抗剂和GnRH类似物以阻断肾上腺雄激素的作用。
