Two cases of gestational transient thyrotoxicosis and literature review

摘要 例1，女性，29岁，停经35d出现恶心、呕吐、不能进食。妊娠12周时出现心悸，消瘦，体重减少15k，无甲状腺疾病既往史和家族史。体检：甲状腺丰满、质软、未闻血管杂音，心率100次／min，律齐，皮肤微潮，手颤（-），vonGraefe（-），Moebius（-）。实验室检查：肝肾功能正常，甲状腺功能：T33．23μg／L（正常值0．66～1．92，下同），T4174．1μg／L（43．0—125．0），Fr36．58ng／L（1．80—4．10），FT4 20．7ng／L（8．1～18．9），TSH0．002IU／L（0．38—4．34），甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）（-），甲状腺球蛋白抗体TgAb（-），
