摘要
宿主遗传因素在感染性疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用，与单基因疾病不同，感染性疾病的基因研究存在较多困难和问题。此文对目前感染性疾病基因研究的策略和方法作了综述。
Host genetic factor plays an important role in the development of infectious diseases. Difference from single-gene disorder, infectious disease-related gene research has more difficulties and problems. This review focuses on the strategies and methods for the study of infectious disease-related gene.
