甲型流感病毒NS1蛋白影响细胞凋亡的研究

Progress of influenza A virus NS1 protein affect host cell＇s apoptosis

摘要 近年来的研究发现，甲型流感病毒NS1蛋白在流感病毒影响宿主细胞凋亡中发挥了重要的作用。开展对NS1蛋白的研究，可以进一步了解流感病毒的致病机制，这对流感病毒其他方面的研究具有重要意义，该文就NS1蛋白基本结构及其影响宿主细胞凋亡的研究进展作了介绍。 Recent years＇ researches find that influenza A virus NS1 protein plays an important role in apoptosis. Through the research of the NS1 protein, we can know more about the pathogenesis and information of influenza A virus. The paper reviews about the NS1 protein＇ s elementary structure and the progress of NS1 protein affect host cell＇ s apoptosis.
