甘露糖结合凝集素与肝脏疾病

摘要 甘露糖结合凝集索作为人类天然免疫系统中重要的一线抗感染分子,在免疫系统清除“异物”中起重要作用,已经证实血清甘露糖结合凝集素的含量及其基因多态性与多种肝脏疾病相关,此文将分两部分对甘露糖结合凝集素及其与肝脏疾病的关系进行综述. Mannose-binding lectin is an important anti-infection menber in the human natural immune system. It is already confirmed that the serum concentration of mannose-binding lectin and its gene polymorphism related with many kinds of liver diseases.This article reviews the mannose-binding lectin and the relation with liver diseases.
