单纯疱疹病毒及其治疗性抗体

摘要 单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)的单克隆抗体在体外试验中有较强的中和病毒的活性,在体内能预防、治疗HSV感染,因此有希望与其他抗菌剂联合治疗HSV感染。文中主要介绍了HSV治疗性抗体的抗原表位及两种目前研究较多的HSV单克隆抗体。 Anti-herpes simplex virus(HSV) monobodies have strong HSV-neutralizing activities in vitro and they can prevent and treat HSV infection in vivo. It is promising to combine monobodies with antibiotic agents to treat HSV infection. In this artical, antigen epitopes of HSV and two therapeutic monoclonal antibodies are introduced.
