摘要
目的探讨胃癌组织中CD44v6,MMP-9和VEGF的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法测定60例胃癌组织CD44v6,MMP-9,VEGF表达情况,并结合患者的临床病理资料进行分析。结果胃癌组织中CD44v6,MMP-9,VEGF的阳性表达率分别为60%,53.8%和75%,CD44v6,MMP-9,VEGF的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论CD44v6,MMP-9,VEGF的表达与胃癌的浸润转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD44V6, MMP-9 and VEGF in gastric carcinoma. Methods Sixty cases of gastric carcinoma were detected the expression of CD44V6, MMP-9 and VEGF using immunohistochemistry. Results In 60 cases, CD44v6,MMP-9 and VEGF positive rate were 60% ,53.8% and 75% ,respectively. The expression of CD44v6,MMP-9 and VEGF was significantly related with TNM staging, tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of CD44v6, MMP-9 and VEGF are closely correlated with the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
