摘要
目的探讨支气管动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血的临床价值。方法对32例大咯血患者,经Cobra导管或RLG导管、微导管注入聚乙烯醇微粒或真丝线粒、线段行支气管动脉末梢栓塞,再用明胶海绵颗粒或/和钢圈栓塞支气管动脉主干。结果32例大咯血患者31例(96.88%)即时止血,1例(3.13%)失败,4d^36个月内8例(25.80%)复发,复发者给于第2次支气管动脉栓塞止血。结论采用经皮穿刺行支气管动脉栓塞术是治疗大咯血行之有效的治疗方法,可作为治疗大咯血的首选手段。
Objective To evaluate the effect of emergency branchial artery embolization （ BAE ） in hemoptysis. Methods Thirtytwo eases with massive hemoptysis underwent emergent bronchial artery embolization with the following methods：branches of bronchial artery participated embolization with PVA micropheres, silk thread via Cobra catheter or RLG catheter or microeatheter, and the main trunk of bronchial artery abturation with particles of Gelfoam or/and coil again. Rusults In 32 cases with hemoptysis,31 cases （96.88%） were stanched immediately. One eases（ 3.13%） failed with embolization. Hemoptysis recurred in 8 cases in 4 days - 36 months and a second embolization was performed. Conclusion Bronchial artery embolization are effective in the treatment of massive hemoptysis and was first method of choice for massive hemoptysis.
